Terms & Conditions — 12jet Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "12jet" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at https://12jet.io, including all associated subpages, game lobbies, sportsbook functionality, and account management tools.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 12jet platform or who accesses any portion of the platform whether logged in or not.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on 12jet, which is used to access the platform's betting and gaming services.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 12jet account using a supported BDT payment method and which are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds awarded to a Player by 12jet, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, referring to the identity and age verification procedures that 12jet carries out on player accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which 12jet's support operations run and against which all platform timestamps are recorded.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 12jet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 12jet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, must not make any deposit, and must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of 12jet following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as they appear at the time of your use.

These Terms are to be read alongside the 12jet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 12jet.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 12jet platform and all real-money wagering services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any business or third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your use of the platform would be unlawful under applicable local law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, and you have not been identified as a person for whom gambling poses a confirmed harm risk.

12jet employs a mandatory KYC verification process prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Verification documents accepted include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification confirming your name, date of birth, and current address. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have their request suspended until verification is complete.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on 12jet, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh.

You are strictly limited to one active account on the 12jet platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 12jet uses device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and other technical methods to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be permanently forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your password and any OTP verification codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 12jet support immediately at [email protected].

12jet reserves the right to request additional account verification information at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality including the suspension of withdrawal processing.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 12jet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Supported withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are processed only to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, and to the account registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within ten minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times during peak periods or in exceptional circumstances may vary.
• No conversion fees: 12jet does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 12jet's control and are not the responsibility of 12jet.

12jet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request where the transaction is flagged by our fraud detection systems. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending satisfactory completion of such additional checks. These measures exist to protect the security of all player accounts and the integrity of the platform.

Deposits made in error or without the intent to wager cannot be refunded once credited to a player account. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered during a deposit transaction. 12jet is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details supplied by the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

12jet offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, and to the following general conditions which apply across all 12jet promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 12jet reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria on a per-promotion basis.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance that has not been wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
• 12jet reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds, and any winnings derived from them, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of automated betting systems, or multi-accounting.
• 12jet may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the relevant promotion page and take effect immediately upon publication.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The 12jet platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events), live casino games, slot games, and instant-win games. The rules governing each product are set out in the product-specific help sections accessible within the platform. The following general rules apply across all 12jet betting and gaming products:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted by the system unless the specific game rules expressly provide for such cancellation.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes resulting from a technical fault, or system error — 12jet reserves the right to void any affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change at any time. 12jet does not guarantee that odds displayed at the commencement of a wagering session will remain available throughout the session. Accepted in-play bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• 12jet's decision on the outcome of any dispute relating to bet settlement is final and binding, subject to the internal review process described in Section 11.
• Any bet placed using funds that are subsequently identified as fraudulently obtained will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

For sports betting, all events are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) or, where applicable, the official broadcasters of the event. 12jet is not responsible for discrepancies between live scores shown on the platform and the official result used for settlement purposes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12jet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way that does not reflect genuine human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for personal gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the 12jet platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity. 12jet complies fully with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Providing false information during account registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Allowing any third party, including family members, to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game on which a bet has been placed on the 12jet platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

12jet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you to the duration of your current playing session at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing it. Your balance is preserved.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 12jet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of 12jet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 12jet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from any 12jet content or software without prior written consent from 12jet.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. 12jet has obtained all necessary licences to provide that content to players on the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12jet's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or betting service shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12jet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 12jet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12jet is not responsible for any interruption to services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, internet connectivity failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory action, or acts of third-party service providers.

12 Privacy & Data

12jet collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the platform. By registering an account on 12jet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 12jet uses SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account access is further secured by OTP-based two-step verification. 12jet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to the 12jet platform.

13 Amendments to Terms

12jet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 12jet will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are particularly significant, 12jet may also notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 12jet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish to withdraw any remaining balance, contact support at [email protected] before your account is closed.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 11 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

12jet operates the platform as a safe, reliable, and fair service for adult players in Bangladesh and takes its legal and ethical obligations seriously.
